WELCOME BACK after that extra long weekend

There are 23 school days left & lots of work to do....you're almost there!

Today in HUMANITIES we:

• finished our teaching presentations
• handed in our published RAFTS assignments
• TSQR chapter 5 - DUE WEDNESDAY
• Reviewed the requirements for our CULTURE DICTIONAIRIES, due JUNE 5, 2006

Today in MATH we:

• reviewed worksheets "get set" and "meaning of percent"
• took notes on percents as decimals and fractions
• DUE WEDNESDAY: Two worksheets on percents, decimals and fractions both sides, done on a seperate sheet of paper
• QUIZ THURSDAY!

Today in SCIENCE we:

• reviewed the Planet Earth Unit Test & did corrections
• handed in our plants for food and fibre title pages, power notes on section 1, and our check and reflect questions 1-3 on page 100
